A 12 Volt battery should fully charge to approx. 13.5 volts.
But - it is not usable down to "0" volts. At approx. 11.5 volts a battery is close to being in need of a charge.
Allowing a battery to discharge too far can shorten it's life, damage the battery, and be unable to operate when it's needed.
The "Battery Monitor"
constantly measures the battery and alerts when the voltage drops below 11.5 volts.
Audible Buzzer & Indicator Light warn you when the battery voltage drops below a safe level.
